Booking Terms & Conditions
Thankyou for considering www.clubsrental.com for the rental of your golfing equipment. Please see below the online booking terms and conditions:
1. Upon receipt of your booking we will check that all is completed well. We may contact you to clarify some information.
2. On acceptance of your booking (usually within 1 working day) we will e.mail you with confirmation of the booking and full delivery/meet and greet information. The balance becomes due when we hand the clubs to you. The balance can be paid in cash or by card.
3. IF YOUR ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE IS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 22:00hrs and 08:00hrs THERE IS AN OUT OF HOURS SERVICE FEE OF €20 PER BOOKING.
5. If we are delivering to you at a golf course or hotel. Our representative will arrive at the pre-arranged meeting point and time and wait for 30 minutes. After this time the representative will first try to contact you before leaving.
We comunicate with you very carefully at the time of your reservation to ensure that both us and you are clear on your requirements and how best to service you. We will taylor your arrivals and departures to your specific circumstances taking into account your onward journey plans to ensure you are not having to carry clubs any further than you need to be.
